The first Biennale printmaking Gravelines will be held in autumn 2016 at the Museum of drawing and the original print Gravelines (France). Twenty writers will be selected folder to expose the November 12, 2016 to December 23, 2016 .
To exhibit at the Biennale, applicants must send their applications before May 31, 2016 . No theme is imposed. All the techniques of traditional and experimental prints (including digital engraving) are accepted.
By exhibiting at the Biennale, engravers also compete for prize of the biennial, an endowment 1500 euros. A price “intaglio”, consisting of a box of tools intaglio Matthieu Coulanges, will also be awarded.
