Shipping Your Package
Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days after purchase.
- Postal shipments are dispatched Tuesday to Friday.
- Express shipments (DHL, etc.) are dispatched Monday to Friday.
- We do not have a nearby pickup point, so if you choose a Mondial Relay-type shipping option, parcels are dropped off once per week.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage fees.
- Handling fees are fixed.
- Shipping fees vary based on the total weight of the package.
We recommend grouping all your items in one order, as we cannot combine separately placed orders—each will incur its own shipping fees.
Your package is shipped at your own risk, but extra care is taken with fragile items.
Packaging
Box dimensions are optimized to reduce paper and cardboard waste. I use only paper-based protective materials.
